Digital Print Services | ||
| |
![]() Got Digital? You have a choice - either bring your files to us, or save yourself a trip to the store by using our On-line Digital Print Service. Either way, you get the same high quality prints people (of Andover) have come to expect from us. |

In the store At the store you have two options to order prints. You can either drop-off your camera card, CD or other digital media and have us print what is on the media. Or you can place an order using the Aladdin Kiosk. With the Aladdin you are able to preview and select which images you want, crop them if so desired and order the size and quantity. Either way you get the same high quality prints made on FujiFilm Crystal Archive paper. |

On-line Ordering How the On-Line System Works Windows operating systems can use either Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox browsers. Macintosh systems must use Safari. |

PhotoCentral! When you click on the Upload Button you will be redirected to the PhotoCentral Welcome page. Here you have a choice of:
The first time you place an order you will be asked: "Do you want to trust the signed applet distributed by "Aurigma, Inc.?" Select YES. Downloading this applet (program) will make navigating/finding your picture files easier for you. Placing an order is easy, just follow the steps. We highly recommend that first time users start by sending just a few files, so that you can gain some experience with the process. |

![]() Joining PhotoCentral doesn't cost you anything. The biggest advantage to joining is that it gives you the option of editing your pictures before placing an order. You can easily share your photos with friends and family by adding their email addresses to your PhotoCentral address book. As a Member you receive complimentary storage for uploaded photos (one month) and you can extend storage time for 5 cents per photo for one year. Cropping of Images Digital camera images have a slightly more square aspect ratio than a traditional 4x6 print. This means that your image will be automatically cropped to fit the print size, and the cropping typically occurs at the top and bottom of the image. If you choose to edit and crop the image yourself, please be sure that the crop you choose will fit the print size you have chosen (i.e. 4x6 or 5x7, etc.). Please don't select a square crop and then ask for a rectangular print. Valid File Types The service will accept JPEG, TIFF, GIF, BMP file formats. JPEG files are the most common type of digital camera file. TIFF files are generally very large in size (i.e. megabytes instead of kilobytes) and take much longer to upload. (Sorry, but we do not accept digital camera RAW files.) When you reach the print size order section, each image you have uploaded will be shown, along with your choices for print size and cost. Just Follow the Ordering Sequence and have fun. It's real easy to use. If you experience problems or have questions please call the store for help. You can also reach us via email at lab@andoverphoto.com, but a phone call will provide the quickest answer. |
