ADVANTIX System Photofinishingbutterfly

Certified Advanced Photofinishing Service
To get the most out of your pictures, take your KODAK ADVANTIX Film to a location that displays the certified photofinishing service logo.

These locations are the same ones to which you already take your film to be developed. They're uniquely equipped to give you the benefits of the Advanced Photo System (APS).

choose your format

Any Picture, Any Format
For any picture you take, you can select Classic (C) 4" x 6", Group (H) 4" x 7", or Panoramic (P) 4" x 11" prints with the flip of a switch. You can even reprint any picture in any of the three formats, regardless of the format you originally chose at the time you shot the picture!

Better Pictures
During developing, photofinishing equipment uses data from the PQIX to make adjustments that improve the quality of your prints. So problems with lighting, for example, are adjusted and you end up with better pictures.

Ordering Additional Prints
Index Prints makes ordering reprints and enlargements easier than ever by providing a thumbnail-sized image a color "proof" sheet of every picture on the processed film cartridge.

cassette All of your APS negatives are returned to you uncut in the original film cartridge. Cartridges and index prints are easily stored in KODAK ADVANTIX Organizers, making storage and retrieval of as many as 480 images as compact as the space of a video cassette case.
Each print has a film cassette ID, frame number, and date up to 80 characters of information printed on the back of a picture. The information on the back of your print may also include more detailed information, such as customized titles, exposure data, and time and date of picture-taking, depending on the features of your ADVANTIX Camera.

The index print, film cassette, and back of each print share the same ID number to eliminate confusion. When ordering reprints, simply match the ID number on your index print to the ID number on the cassette. Choose the picture or pictures you want copies of and take them where you get your prints processed. No need to search for negatives!

Using Your Pictures
So often precious moments captured forever in pictures are hidden away in shoeboxes and rarely shared and enjoyed. Today it's easier than ever to use your pictures in exciting new ways and keep the precious memories out where they can brighten your life and the lives of others every day.

How you use your images is almost as important as selecting that once-in-a-lifetime shot. Do you use your photographs as they come back from the photofinisher? Do you enlarge them for display in frames? Do you simply want to record an event and store your memories in photo albums? Do you want to give them as gifts and mementos? Is there something more you can do with your images?
